BACK IN BLACK!!!

 

We have taken delivery, and the ProCharger P-1SC has been installed. 367HP and 400 FT/LBS has been proven on the 4.6L. With the ProCharger on a 5.4L, we have proven 480HP and 528 FT/LBS (on the 5.4)

Dyno results are posted HERE.

With the TURBOCHARGER, THIS project outruns 12.60 Lightnings, and C-5 Corvettes from 70-160 MPH! We will have time slips soon. Turbocharged dyno results? Heh!

 

The result turbocharged, Stage II blower cams and pump gas??? DYNO PROVEN-

MAX RW HP - 478.0

MAX RW Torque - 542.9 FT/LBS!

550-650 HP at the wheels is the goal on this 4.6L, and R&D is still underway!

Initial tune... The result at 16 PSI using 93 octane pump gas... NO NITROUS OXIDE!

Here you can see the N2O solenoids and lines. I like the look, so I will not hide it.

 Here is the turbocharger system currently installed, prior to powder coating! Driving impressions are WICKED!

The True HID system is installed, and the truck is FINALLY DE-CHROMED!!! I used a urethane bed liner to coat the chrome bumpers! I think it looks menacing to say the least!

Full candlepower (Save the RED/BLUE strobes)... Not exactly legal by any means!

After MUCH time in looking for the design that suited me, I selected this hood made by Fiberglass Fabricators Incorporated. Now painted and installed.

Well, I needed HIGH BEAMS after all... I call it a takedown light... LOL!

Pink soft covers with "shades" on them are on the way... (Now installed, see below).

Final images of the turbocharger system installed. I originally ordered Purple powder coating but pushed up production dates to make these kits available sooner, and went with Gray.

Carbon fiber tail lamps and wiper blades, images of the wipers coming once the Carbon Fiber air dam splitters arrive and are installed!

And the latest images of the engine bay... Purple and Green (What appears BLUE is actually Jade Green).

 

Now  for a Carbon Fiber radiator cover!

 

Initial dyno! Top graph is 8 PSI, the bottom is 16 PSI, and I can dial in 20, meaning the end goal is 600 FT/LBS! Then I will hit it with an NX N-tercooler system or alcohol injection.

Dialed in an 11.5:1 A/F curve and plenty of MAF and injectors for 600 FT /LBS!!! To give you an idea, an '03 Cobra (M-112) at 14 PSI dyno'd at 100 FT/LBS LESS!!!

That is a MAX of  478.0 RW HP and 542.9 RW FT/LBS at 16 PSI!!! No Nitrous Oxide has been used... YET...

This yielded an E.T... on an 1/8 mile track of 9.09 @ 80 MPH. 1/4 mile testing will come soon, as will the videos of these runs!

A front view with the 3-core intercooler installed... It is unmistakable, but the shadow hides it in this view.

The new Hurst SHORT THROW shifter installed! A MUST HAVE for the 5-speed!
