SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICIES
Company Policies
- NO RETURNS ON COMPLETE SUPERCHARGER OR TURBOCHARGER SYSTEMS
- No returns after 30 days from ship date. All returns must be accompanied
by detailed info on reasons for return.
- All returns without detailed info will be refused.
- We have a “you mount it, you own it” policy.
Many of our parts have critical installation
procedures.
- All returns must be shipped prepaid freight – No COD’s accepted. All
exchange items must be shipped back prepaid freight and freight will be paid
by us upon return to customer.
- All returns are subject to our discretion on a repair or replacement
basis.
- All returns may be subject to a 15% handling/processing fee.
- All returns will be credited back to the customer through our choice of
payment.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone attempting fraudulent
transactions.
- Shipments can only be made to the billing address of cardholder, and no
shipments will be made to PO boxes.
- Returned goods damaged by carrier on return shipments will be solely the
responsibility of carrier and customer, all items are shipped insured.
